What should I do if my printer jams or rolls?

1. Make sure the printer has enough power.

2. Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the print head.

3. Update the firmware version of your printer.

1. Please try restarting the printer and phone.

2. Please make sure that the Bluetooth function is turned on .

Compared to the Phomemo M08f A4/Letter Portable Printer, this tattoo printer is optimized specifically for tattoo printing. We have improved the printer’s algorithms for better rendering of clear tattoo patterns. The complimentary paper is different.

Is the transfer done by placing the tattoo transfer paper directly on the skin?

No. Before making the transfer, we need to wipe the skin with alcohol first to remove the oils on the skin. Then, apply the transfer tattoo cream on the skin and finally place the design on it for transfer.
