How loud is this projector fans/noises?

It is affected by the distance from the projector, the noise will be less when you are farther from the projector.

For example, the noise is 40dB when you are 3ft away from the projector. It is very quiet and won’t affect your video experience.

Is it compatible with external bluetooth speakers?

Yes, it is compatible with external Bluetooth devices. When the projector is connected with an external Bluetooth device, please switch the 2.4G Wi-Fi to 5G Wi-Fi, then the Bluetooth speaker will be in sync with the Video.

How do I zoom in or zoom out during a video?

Please enter the “Video Menu Setting” while playing the video. Then scroll to find the “Zoom In” / “Zoom Out” icon to zoom in / zoom out the image.

Note: the maximum zoom is 8X and the minimum zoom is 0.5X.

How do I hang the projector from the ceiling?

1. Remove the four footpads from the bottom of the projector.

2. Projector’s mounting holes: M4 x 9.7mm. Distance between holes: 10.9″ diagonally, 8.6″ horizontally, and 6.5″ vertically on the back. Ceiling mounts based on these specifications.

What are the differences between the PJ20 and the PJ30?

To be honest, the differences are minor. The PJ30 is to resolve some of the early issues on the PJ20. The volume via HDMI is louder. If you already have our PJ20, it’s not time to upgrade. We will release a newer model PJ40 Q4 2022.
