MAGNETIC PORTABLE CHARGER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Charging the Portable Charger

• Use certificated DC adapter and the provided Type-C charging cable to charge the portable charger.

• When charging the LED Indicator begins to flash white color and stops flashing when fully charged.

• Pass-through charging is supported, you can charge your phone wirelessly while recharging the portable charger through a Type-C cord.

2. Charging Devices With a Type-C Cable

• When charging a device using Type-C Cable, the LED Indicator will illuminate WHITE.

3. Charging Devices with the Wireless Charging

• Pressing the power bank ON/OFF button, the first LED indicator will flash RED & GREEN three times and then glow RED once. The power bank is in wireless charging standby mode.

• Place your wireless-charging-enabled device on the Wireless Charging Pad. The device

will be charged, the first LED indicator glowing GREEN. For better charging performance, please remove your phone case.

• lf your device has built-in magnet, it will align and attach itself to the magnetic circle for a secured and optimized wireless charging.

• Remove your device from the power bank once fully charged. Double tap the power button to turn off the charger.

4. Magnetic Iron Ring

• The magnetic iron ring can be attached to your device or its case for alignment and connection of magnetic power banks.

Q: Does this support QC 3.0?

A: Yes, Power Delivery 2.0/3.0 and QC 2.0/3.0 are supported.

Q: What’s the output efficiency of this portable charger.

A: The output efficiency of this unit is over 78%, approximately 22% of the battery capacity is unable to be used because of power consumption of circuit heat, conversions from the battery, the charging cable, etc. Actual charging efficiency may differ depending on your charging behavior.

Q: How long will the battery capacity last if not used?

A: Generally, we recommend discharge and charge the battery pack at least once every 4 months to extend the battery lifespan.

Q: Will the magnetic work if the phone has a case?

A: This magnetic power bank is only compatible with magsafe phone cases, and if you use normal case, the magnet will be very weak, it does not support thick cases.

Q: Why may there be a power failure before fully charging a mobile phone with the magnetic power bank?

A: Because the iPhone has enabled optimization battery charging function, the solution is : setting – battery – battery health – turn off the “optimization battery charging” button.

Q: Is it possible to charge other devices while charging the battery pack?

A: Yes, pass-through charging feature is supported.

Q: Can I take it with me for international travel?

A: Yes, it can be used internationally. Just be sure that use a compatible adapter converter with the voltage of the country you’re travelling to.

Q: Can it be taken on board airplanes?

A: Yes, all external batteries with capacity under 27027mAh / 100 watt hours can legally and safely be taken on board airplanes. For your reference, the capacity of this portable charger is 5000mAh / 19.25 watt hours.

Q: Is it normal for the battery to overheat while charging?

A: There may be heating caused by the principle of wireless charging compared to conventional charging. These temperatures are well below the normal operating temperatures of modern smartphones, feel free to use it.

Q: Does it only support iPhone 12/13/14/15 series? Can it charge other phones?

A: The wireless power bank can only charge iPhone 12/13/14/15 series (the charging method is magnetic wireless charging), other mobile phones without magnetic suction function need to use the data cable to transfer and charge.
