Why I can’t turn on the new controller?

Why can’t I connect to the Bluetooth of the controller?

Turn off controller and Bluetooth on your phone (must do). Reboot the controller and then turn on your phone’s Bluetooth connection.

Why does the controller not work when connected or some of the buttons as normal? (1)

Step 1. Unpair the controller Bluetooth ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ or ‘BSP-D8’ on your phone, the controller will automatically turn off, then restart the controller to connect to Bluetooth.

Step 2. If step 1 can not solve the problem, delete other Bluetooth devices (e.g., Headphones) on your phone. Then restart the controller to connect to Bluetooth and reconnect to other Bluetooth devices when the controller keys work properly.

Step 3. If step 1&2 can not solve the problem, press the ‘Reset’ key on the controller to reset the gamepad.
